Responsibilities
- Assist with patient intake assessments and medical documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Monitor vital signs and observe behavioral changes to inform treatment strategies
- Implement behavior management techniques and crisis intervention protocols to ensure safety
- Provide patient care that includes emotional support, behavioral reinforcement, and assistance with daily activities
- Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis management skills and de-escalation techniques
Experience
- Prior experience working with individuals with substance abuse and other mental heath disorders is preferred
