Description

At Chick-fil-A, we are always looking for leaders who have a passion for developing others. A Team Leader is a crucial part of our business. They are the face of the restaurant during their shift, and are responsible for ensuring each guest leaves our store knowing we went above and beyond.

Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, and restaurant assistant manager preferred.

Team Lead Requirements/Responsibilities Include:

• Close and open restaurant, lead shifts, key holder
• Passion for people and developing a team.
• A highly developed sense of team and ownership
• Possess a strong sense of urgency
• Exceptional leadership skills

Primary Duties:

• Deliver the highest quality service to guests
• Assist in training team members in company standards, ensuring proper knowledge of the menu, company policies & procedures.
• Help the Owner/Operator and Leadership Team grow our business and impact our community.
• Run daily shift operations and breaks in accordance with Tennessee Labor Laws
• Join the team "on the floor," helping in positions where assistance is needed.
