Key responsibilities include organizing and leading pickleball lessons, clinics, and tournaments for players of all skill levels. The role also involves facilitating skill development, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment, and overseeing pickleball programs and events. Additional duties may include promoting the sport, engaging members, and collaborating with other club staff to enhance member experiences.QualificationsKnowledge of pickleball-specific skills and techniques, including coaching and mentoring players of various skill levelsExperience in organizing and managing sports events, tournaments, and group activitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to foster an engaging and inclusive environment for membersAbility to maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude while working with diverse individuals and teamsKnowledge or experience in fitness, health, or wellness industries is a plusCertification in pickleball coaching or relevant sports training is an advantage, but not required to start.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsRequirements added by the job poster Accept a background check 3 years of work experience with Sports Coaching
