As a Personal Trainer, you’ll work directly with clients to assess their fitness levels, understand their goals, and design customized training programs that deliver real results. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, motivating environment that keeps clients engaged and committed.
* Conduct fitness assessments and goal-setting sessions
* Design and implement personalized workout programs
* Provide hands-on coaching with proper form, technique, and safety
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Motivate and hold clients accountable to achieve results
* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training environment
* Actively seek opportunities to grow your client base
Qualifications:
* Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm
* Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
* Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
* Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
