What You'll Own
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, schedule, and develop the Front Desk team
- Maintain appropriate Front Desk coverage while effectively managing departmental payroll
- Coach employees and provide consistent performance feedback
- Lead Front Desk meetings and maintain strong communication across the team
- Ensure the Front Desk and lobby consistently meet Genesis service and presentation standards
- Support member account needs, including membership changes, freezes, cancellations, and account follow-up
- Proactively resolve member questions and concerns
- Oversee cash-handling procedures, deposits, and Front Desk reporting
- Monitor staffing hours and payroll to operate the department efficiently
- Help plan, promote, and execute club socials and member events
- Work closely with the Club Manager and department leaders to achieve club goals
- Step in and support Front Desk operations when additional coverage is necessary
- Help create a positive, accountable, high-energy culture throughout the club
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of experience in hospitality, fitness, sales, customer service, or a related field
- Natural leadership ability and a desire to develop and motivate others
- Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through
- Ability to resolve problems and member concerns professionally
- Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and time-management skills
- Comfortable using Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software
- Passion for health, fitness, and creating an exceptional member experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership without needing constant direction
- $36,000 annual base salary
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- $50,000 annual earning potential
- Bonus performance is tied to key operational results, including Front Desk payroll efficiency, member-service follow-up, account management, and member experience.
