The HVAC Service Technician will:
- Diagnose, repair and replace a variety of HVAC systems and components
- Complete installation of new units when necessary
- Develop an appropriate preventative maintenance schedule for all HVAC system equipment and perform maintenance accordingly
- Work with the Maintenance Team at each club location to ensure HVAC systems are operating properly and remain in good repair at all times
- Interpret and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Ensure available resources for HVAC/R maintenance and repair by managing refrigerant levels and parts inventory; tracking and ordering HVACV/R parts through approved company channels
- Have the required state and local HVAC Technician licenses
- Have an EPA 608 Refrigerant Recovery certificate
- Have a minimum 3 years professional experience appropriate to the position

- Have reliable transportation & the ability to be placed “on call”
