Full-Time Catering Delivery Driver
Pay: $20 to $25/hour (base of $13/hr)

The Catering Delivery Driver position is responsible for the execution of all catering orders that are being delivered to Chick-fil-A guests across the Nashville area. This job will include receiving catering orders, preparing and assembling orders, and delivering orders to guests/events.
General Responsibilities
Pay: $20 to $25/hour (base of $13/hr)
Shifts:
- Evening/Nighttime (1 pm - 9 pm - We close at 8 pm!)
- Daytime/Morning (6 am - 3 pm)

Role Summary
The Catering Delivery Driver position is responsible for the execution of all catering orders that are being delivered to Chick-fil-A guests across the Nashville area. This job will include receiving catering orders, preparing and assembling orders, and delivering orders to guests/events.
General Responsibilities
- Execute the catering order process from receiving orders, preparing food orders, and delivering orders.
- Must be competent in assembling catering orders and checking orders to ensure accuracy before delivery.
- Executes and/or oversees the loading, unloading, set up, and tear down of catering events or delivery of catering products.
- Clean and maintain catering equipment vehicle and inventory of paper goods for orders.
- Follow catering protocol as well as company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Read, understand, and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook.
- Deliver portions that are correct and meet all weight and presentation expectations.
- Execute FIFO (First In, First Out) model.
- Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation, and quality is top-level.
- Appropriately handle all customer issues and play a positive role in customer recovery.
- Show up on time, have a great attitude, and work hard for your entire shift.
- Constantly improve yourself by finding ways to do your work better and faster.
- Proactively pursue the certification process and look for opportunities to be cross-trained.
- Be responsible to fill your shift if you are not able to work.
- Ensure your appearance is in compliance with the Handbook.

- Must be available to work on Saturdays
- Must be available to be scheduled up to 45 hours a week.
- Understand the expectations of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Must have the ability to use a cell phone and interact with its features (i.e. maps, calling, texting, etc.)
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous restaurant and/or delivery experience is preferred.
