Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Floor Team Member role based in Las Vegas, NV. The Sales Floor Team Member will engage directly with prospective and existing clients, educating them on precious metals products and Gold and Silver IRA options. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, conducting needs assessments, explaining product features and benefits, and guiding clients through the sales process in a compliant and transparent manner. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on leads, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals. The Sales Floor Team Member will also collaborate with colleagues to improve scripts, sales strategies, and client experience, while upholding the company’s faith-based values and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service skills, including prospecting, relationship-building, and closing abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and confidently.
- Basic understanding of investments, retirement accounts, or financial products; experience with precious metals or IRAs is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM or sales software, as well as basic computer and data entry skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment, meet performance targets, and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and alignment with a service-oriented, values-driven culture.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, call centers, or financial services is strongly preferred.
