Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Assistant

GGG is currently hiring for a Full-Time Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team in our corporate office in Hamilton, NJ.

Job Duties:Provide general recruitment support, including:

• Posting job ads on external sites
• Sourcing and screening resumes
• Phone screening candidates
• Scheduling interviews, when assigned
• Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires including new paperwork and completing the E-Verify process
• Preparing new hire gifts
• Coordinating college relations including Career Fairs, Internship Program, and networking
• Researching and suggesting new recruitment sources
• Assist with special events and projects , as assigned
• Other related duties as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in English language (oral and written) required
• 1-2 years Human Resources or recruiting experience is preferred but not required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must maintain confidentiality regarding all information handled
• Must be a self-starter and detail-oriented
