Key Responsibilities
- Represent AT&T with professionalism and enthusiasm while engaging with customers in person.
- Promote and sell AT&T products and services — including wireless plans, internet, and entertainment solutions — tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction builds trust and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through consultative selling and relationship building.
- Process orders, handle returns, and manage account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred (telecommunications experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
