Entry-Level Account Manager (Sales & Customer Engagement)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Talk with customers in retail and event settings about AT&T’s wireless, internet, and entertainment services
- Learn how to identify customer needs and match them with the right plans and products
- Create positive, memorable customer experiences that lead to new account activations
- Stay informed on the latest AT&T devices, promotions, and offers
- Work toward weekly sales goals while sharpening your communication and sales skills
- Collaborate with a supportive, high-energy team that celebrates wins together
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Motivation, reliability, and a drive to improve every day
- High school diploma (or equivalent), 18 , and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful—but not required

- Schedule: Thursday–Monday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Location: In-person (office retail environments)
