Position Details:
The Sales position at Genesis Diamonds offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing valuable support to our clients. Salary: $65,000 per year bonus incentives
Location: Nashville, TN (Green Hills)
Schedule: Monday - Saturday | 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM plus some Sundays for Inventory/Special Events
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate deep, enduring relationships with clients to foster lifelong loyalty and spending.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and utilize client data to personalize experiences.
- A "Closer"/Ownership mentality, thinking outside the box.
- Drive a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Emphasize key product lines to drive business.
- Network within the community as well as with staff for development of leads.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and pertinent data.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in luxury/high end jewelry sales in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems.
- Able to work well as a team player in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Presents a professional image in appearance, words, and actions.
- Be a self-starter and use good judgment in all situations.
- Perform job functions with attention to detail, efficiently and thoroughly.
- Motivation, integrity, and high level of work ethic
Must Have:
- Diamond Grading Course
- 3 years in Watch sales
- 3 years in Jewelry and Bridal sales
- Retail High-end sales
Education:
2-4-year degree (Preferred)
