What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Genesis Counseling Services, LLC?
Duties: Opening and closing front office and lobby, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage and eligibility, managing referrals, responding to online requests/emails, data entry, accepting and documenting payments, greeting clients and checking them in and out for their appointments, disinfecting common areas and light janitorial, and assisting staff members and therapists administratively. 1 year relevant experience preferred.
Schedule: Mondays through Thursdays 8:45am to 5:15pm
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
