Summary:
The ServiceNow Technical Consultant is responsible
for using the NOW platform to manage assets and having knowledge of IT Asset Management.
You will be an essential technical resource to develop client solutions, track
the contractual, financial, and inventory details of hardware/devices
throughout the lifecycle. You will also track non-IT assets within the company.
The assets the candidate will manage and update are key to client work flow, so
it is key that they have experience with ServiceNow asset management, and
development experience within ServiceNow.
Duties
and Responsibilities:
- Build integrations to 3rd party platforms
using Scripted REST API’s
- Develop custom applications to
meet customer business requirements
- Write/create advanced custom
business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, data
policies, UI scripts.
- Troubleshoot production issues
independently and remediate
- Participate in scrum ceremonies
- Deliver measurable, positive
results within the client and team’s timeline resulting in positive feedback
from clients
- Obtain new ServiceNow
certifications
Requirements
Minimum
Qualifications/Experience:
- 3 years of experience with the
ServiceNow platform
- 2 years of experience with
ServiceNow asset management
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
Discovery and CMDB
- Experience with JavaScript JavaScript,
HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap
- ServiceNow certifications as an
Implementation Specialist, and Administration
Minimum
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED –
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
Required
Certifications:
- No required certifications.
- SAP, SAFe, CSM certifications
desired.
Other:
- Must be US Citizen
- Must have Active DoD Secret
clearance or Ability to Obtain it
- Willingness to be on-site daily
