Job Summary:
Genesis Consulting is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to lead the project’s design, test development, and possible implementation support for a large state system. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with team to identify and document test cases for features and user stories as part of the requirements process.
- Outline approaches to conducting system testing activities to validate that business, functional, and technical requirements are met, ensuring delivery of a high-quality system to the Department.
- Lead analysis of project requirements to ensure testability and quality deliverables from a QA perspective.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to ensure continued system performance and business value.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience performing activities directly related to QA Experience working with the State of Florida or with other large government entity.
- Working with functional and technical resources to identify testing scenarios, including expected results.
- Experience developing QA plans.
- Experience analyzing systems requirements to identify QA needs.
- Experience developing unit test cases and test plans as well as requirements tracking and reporting results.
- Previous State of Florida Agency experience
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and software testing lifecycle.
- Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks.
- Experience working on large-scale case management or analytics implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
