Gaming Ambassador – Mobile Gaming (On-Site, Full-Time | NYC Area)

In this role, you’ll connect directly with players, answer questions, and ensure every interaction is smooth, exciting, and valuable. You’ll also promote products and services, assist with light technical troubleshooting, and help deliver a seamless gaming experience that keeps players coming back.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales, customer engagement, or gaming preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with players and team members
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution, with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively
- Passion for gaming, with knowledge of gaming terminology and trends
- Time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
