Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced office environment. This is an onsite position that is required to be present during normal business hours of 9a-5p Monday through Friday. We are a 365 day a year service provider, this may lead to work assistance afterhours or on the weekend depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations
- Supervise administration staff
- Order office supplies and coordinate vendors
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and records
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding
- Manage calendars, meetings, and office schedules
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal communications
- Track office expenses and process invoices
- Assist with payroll, benefits, or HR tasks as needed
- Serve as the main point of contact for office‑related needs
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Proven experience as an Office Manager or administrative role
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Excellent communication and organization skills
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment and work effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Basic bookkeeping, payroll, or HR experience
