About us
Genesis Back & Neck is a cash-pay, non-surgical spinal decompression clinic. Our mission is helping people avoid surgery and long-term medication. Our Palm Beach Gardens location is part of a national network of Genesis clinics.
The role
You'll be the face of Genesis in the community. You'll build relationships with physician offices, local organizations, and venues, and put Dr. Capra in front of the people who need what we do. This is a business development role, not a desk job. You'll spend real time in the field, on the phone, and at events.
What you'll do
- Reach out to physician and provider offices, schedule introductory meetings with Dr. Capra, and own all follow-up.
- Book speaking events, lunch and learns, and presentations at country clubs, residential communities, employers, and local organizations.
- Source, book, and staff community events, markets, festivals, and retail placements, including negotiating venue pricing and terms.
- Call past patients about maintenance care and ask for referrals.
- Ask patients for honest online reviews through our approved process.
- Research and get quotes on paid media, including connected TV and local broadcast.
- Keep all contacts, relationships, and activity records current in our system.
- Cross-train on front desk, scheduling, and EHR, and cover the desk occasionally when needed.
- Propose and run new outreach ideas.
Who we're looking for
- 2 years in business development, outreach, sales, or relationship-driven work. Healthcare experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Comfortable walking into a doctor's office cold and walking out with a meeting on the calendar.
- Organized and disciplined about follow-up. Nothing slips.
- Polished in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.
- Occasional evening and weekend availability for events.
Compensation
- $41,600/year salary, paid through payroll.
- Quarterly performance bonus.
