Job Description:
We are seeking a customer-focused and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong technical background. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their service needs, coordinating vehicle repairs, and ensuring a positive service experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and listen to their concerns.
- Consult with customers to understand their service requirements and provide accurate estimates.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and provide status updates to customers.
- Educate customers on recommended maintenance services and answer any questions.
- Process service orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 7:45 am - 5:30 pm
