What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Pre-Owned Sales Department
- Coach, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve volume and profit goals
- Oversee inventory management, appraisals, and pricing strategies
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with other department leaders to drive operational excellence
- Maintain compliance with all dealership and manufacturer standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or Pre-Owned Sales Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Knowledge of inventory management, digital retailing, and used vehicle market trends
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for excellence
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
