Responsibilities
- Supervise and support staff across multiple restaurant locations
- Maintain high standards of customer service and quality control
- Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure stock levels
- Oversee budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost control
- Develop and maintain employee schedules
- Lead employee training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements
