Fast Food Restaurant Manager

The Fast Food Restaurant Manager will oversee a single-unit, drive-through restaurant operation, reporting to the district manager. This role is responsible for leading daily operations, maintaining service and food-quality standards, and managing team performance, with a pathway toward district manager opportunities. Occasional nearby travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage staff schedules to support efficient restaurant operations.
• Supervise shifts and coordinate daily team activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address customer needs.
• Maintain food safety, quality assurance, and operational standards.
• Manage inventory, orders, and product availability.
• Handle cash-management processes and monitor point-of-sale activity.
• Track sales and manage labor performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety management.
• Experience with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
• Experience with labor scheduling and cash management.
• Strong customer service skills.
