Coordinator, Instructional Services

Expectation/Duties:

• 12 month position
• Must be willing to travel regionally, statewide, and nationally to participate in high-quality professional learning and session facilitation.

Location: LeRoy Services Center

Salary: $60,000-$75,000

Starting Date: September 1, 2026

Qualifications:

• Permanent or Professional Classroom Teacher Certification.
  *Pupil personnel services certification does not qualify.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience and a proven track record of successful instruction.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Secondary Mathematics, Science, or Literacy certification OR
• Advanced literacy extension/certification (for Science or Reading) OR
• Special Education certification

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Dynamic educator/presenter with the ability to research, design, and facilitate high-quality, professional learning experiences and school-embedded continuous improvement efforts.
• Knowledge and understand of NY State standards & practice
• Sound professional writing/communication and technology skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative school improvement team while contributing individual expertise toward shared goals.
• Grade level, teacher leader/department chair.
