Position One – Experienced Sous Chef / Senior Line Cook
We are looking for a talented culinary professional with outstanding execution skills, attention to detail, consistency, and pride in craftsmanship.
Our family has extensive culinary experience and remains actively involved in menu development. We are seeking a chef who enjoys executing a carefully developed culinary vision to the highest standards.
Position Two – Front-of-House Hospitality Professional
We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences. Experience in table service, wine service, guest relations, and daily restaurant operations is essential.
Historically, this position has earned approximately $28,000 annually in guest gratuities in addition to hourly wages.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive $70,000 per year wage for the Sous Chef/Line Cook
- $16.90 per hour plus gratuities for the front-of-house position
- Historic gratuities averaging approximately $28,000 annually for front-of-house position
