Job Description:

• The Certified Scrub Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe, sterile setup and handling of all surgical instrumentation for both scheduled and emergency procedures.
• This role includes gathering all necessary instruments and supplies as outlined on surgeon pick sheets.
• The technician must demonstrate strong attention to detail, maintain strict adherence to sterile technique, and support smooth workflow in the operating room.
