Position Details :

RN OR Circulator - Vail, CO

Location : Vail, CO 81658

Duration : 13 Weeks Contract

Salary Range : $60-$65/hr

Shift Timing : 3x12 Days

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role involves collaborating with providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. The RN will also support patient education, care coordination, and clinical decision-making in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert, compassionate, and individualized nursing care to patients and their families.
• Oversee daily patient flow to ensure optimal care, safety, and satisfaction.
• Triage incoming patient requests and prioritize care based on clinical needs.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and wellness strategies to support informed healthcare decisions.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with procedures while adhering to safety protocols.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Handle a high volume of patient calls regarding medications, care instructions, and general inquiries.
• Delegate tasks appropriately in accordance with Colorado state regulations.
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of care.
• Promote a patient-centered approach using Relationship-Based Care principles.
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Serve as a role model for organizational values and a Just Culture environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or a valid compact state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Certifications Required:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Required
