Job Summary:
Manages the day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health Nursing Department through effective utilization of self, shift House Supervisors, and Charge Nurses.
Job qualifications :
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment
- start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- BSN Required
- Must have min 2 years as a Nursing Manager, supervisor or Clinical Team Lead in a Behavioral Health Unit within ACUTE CARE
Salary : $100,000 - $145,000
