The Opportunity

- Close deals in-home and on-site
- Build their own pipeline
- Educate customers and create urgency
- Turn consultations into signed contracts
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home and on-site consultations for residential and commercial clients
- Assess power needs and recommend the right generator solution
- Deliver compelling presentations that close deals on the spot
- Follow up on inbound leads and self-generate new opportunities (referrals, networking, door knocking, local partnerships)
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners
- Manage your pipeline and track deals from lead → install
- Proven sales closer (home services, solar, HVAC, roofing, or similar preferred)
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
- Strong communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated—doesn’t wait for leads, creates opportunities
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, compelling way
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Base salary (safety net) uncapped commission
- High ticket sales (typical deal size: $15K–$30K )
