The primary job is to bridge the gap between field technicians and customers by converting inquiries into scheduled service calls. Customary receptionist duties including managing the front desk with a strong focus on customer service, answering questions, answering phones, greeting visitors, entering customer info into system, scheduling appointments, logging all customer interactions, taking detailed messages, managing correspondence, ensuring the reception and common areas are clean and presentable. Responsible for confirming all accounts payable, entering invoices, making deposits, monitoring supplies and general office inventory.

Must be a level headed team player who is self-motivated, professional, and responsible.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
