What are the responsibilities and job description for the Med Tech in Assisted Living position at Generations?
Medication staff at Paradise Village ensure residents receive medication as prescribed by their physicians. Medication staff follow resident care plans and physicians' orders to ensure resident safety and well-being while complying with all Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. They incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule:
- Full-time from 1:30 pm to 10 pm on a rotating schedule.
- 8-Hour Shifts on a rotating schedule
- Must have weekend availability for a rotating schedule
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Medication Assistance is preferred
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
- CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient
