The Vitality Assistant (Activity Assistant) at Fairfield Village supports whole-person wellness by encouraging participation in campus events and activities. This position assists with activities that enrich the mind, body, and spirit. The coordinator communicates the Vitality philosophy and the benefits of participating to staff and residents both verbally and by example. The coordinator complies with federal, state, and local regulations. The coordinator incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their work and interactions with others.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Medication Assistance is preferred
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
- CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient
- Part-time, working 3-12 hours a week, 3 hour shifts
- Availability for Sundays 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Mondays through Fridays 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and occassionally a Saturday
- Holiday availability preferred
