Radiology Technician (X-Ray Tech) – Urgent Care
We are looking for a friendly, skilled Radiology Technician to join our growing urgent care team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in providing excellent patient care.
What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostic X-rays in accordance with established protocols, radiation safety standards, and California regulations
- Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort, safety, and clear communication
- Use proper radiation protection and maintain imaging equipment
- Accurately document studies and ensure images receive appropriate interpretation
- Maintain clean, well-stocked exam rooms
- Assist with urgent care clinical flow, including rooming patients, taking vitals, obtaining histories and chief complaints, performing point-of-care testing, and supporting patient discharge
- Provide front-office support as needed (greeting patients, answering phones, collecting co-pays)
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ARRT certification required
- Active California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a busy urgent care setting and assisting with both clinical and operational tasks
- Basic computer and EHR proficiency
Compliance Requirements
- Current documentation of annual radiation safety and bloodborne pathogen training
- Compliance with required immunizations per OSHA and California guidelines

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
