Available Positions:
NOC Shifts (11p-7a) - Up to $39** ph $5,000 Sign on Bonus paid @2.40ph = $41.40ph

**$39ph is a Full Time, 'No Benefits' pay rate. Actual rate depends on whether full or part time, and benefits selected.

Requirements
of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the State of Illinois
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
- Dementia training huge plus
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
