Generations at Applewood in Matteson, Illinois, has an Opening for a PRN-As Needed Receptionist.
The Ideal Candidate will be able to work either 7a-1:30p or 1:30p-8p during the week and weekends when needed.
- The Pay Rate is $16.00 per Hour -

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Welcome and direct visitors, new employees and vendors upon arrival to the facility
- Manage files and tend to office duties, including typing, filing, sorting mail, directing faxes
- Keep lobby safe and tidy
Requirements
Requirements of the Receptionist:
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Several years experience as a receptionist or in customer service
- Some experience with a multi line phone system
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be tolerant, compassionate and understanding of older adults and families
