Generations at Applewood is a beautiful 24-hour rehabilitation and skilled nursing community offering quality healthcare services to residents throughout the Chicagoland area. The Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse are Consistent with those of Skilled Nursing Facilities in Illinois
Requirements
of the Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Current LPN license from the State of Illinois
- Experience using Point Click Care (PCC) Documentation a PLUS!
- Previous experience in a Short or Long-Term Care facility or LTACH preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills; detail oriented
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
