Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Operations Lead to join our firm’s operations team. This role is responsible for developing and executing operational strategies while successfully leading and managing our team. You will be joining a driven team that is always client focused. Responsibilities include:
- Lead, train, develop, mentor, and evaluate our operations team
- Create new practices to improve and update existing processes, to enable the team to implement improvements & efficiencies.
- Encourage and empower success from the operations team
- Prioritize and Delegate tasks
- Oversee and manage the following areas within our firm including but not limited to client service, account management, account trading, and new account processing.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with other leaders to make firmwide decisions
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an experienced leader to lead our firm’s operations team. Our ideal candidate is steady, decisive and has always been the strongest team member at their company. Whether you’re currently a middle manager or team leader, our firm is ready to be your next challenge if you possess the following:
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in operational leadership overseeing a team of 5 or more.
- Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- EOS® experience preferred but not required
- Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills including the talent to think strategically beyond the needs of the organization today
- Proven ability to learn, and the experience in holding team members accountable
- Outstanding communication skills to effectively convey performance expectations, issues, and process improvements
- Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree
