Generational Guns is a growing, family-oriented firearms retailer and repair shop dedicated to serving shooters of all generations. We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to be the face of our store. If you enjoy helping people, have a solid understanding of firearms and safety, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this could be a great fit.
Schedule:
Tuesday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
What You’ll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service and knowledgeable sales support
- Sell firearms, accessories, and related services
- Greet customers, answer questions, and retrieve products
- Process sales, run the POS system, and handle cash/card transactions
- Complete required paperwork, including background checks
- Take in and return firearm repairs
- Stock shelves, manage inventory, and keep the sales floor clean and organized
- Answer phones and assist with general inquiries
- Mount, laser sight, and bore sight scopes
- Support day-to-day store operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent people skills with patience and problem-solving ability
- Solid knowledge of firearms and firearm safety (required)
- Basic computer, math, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check

Benefits:
Pay based on experience. Will be required to have a concealed weapons permit. If you don’t already have one, we will pay for you to obtain one. If you do have one, we will pay for you to maintain it. Employee discounts. Paid time off and holidays.
