IT Technical Lead – Customer Applications

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement Agilent’s next-gen entitlement and license management system
• Collaborate with product teams to define post-sales monetization strategies
• Lead platform implementation end-to-end
• Integrate entitlement systems with enterprise IT and ERP backends
• Ensure systems align with compliance (PII, GDPR, CFR) and enterprise architecture
• Present and document technical decisions to global stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent
• 8 years total experience in software development
• 2 years leading technical teams
• Experience designing enterprise IT solutions (off-the-shelf and custom)
• Strong knowledge of customer-facing app architecture
• Experience with backend scripting: NodeJS, TypeScript, or Python
• Proficiency with AWS services (storage, caching, API Gateway, IAM)
• Agile SCRUM methodology experience
• Understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, PII, CFR)
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Strong documentation and solution design skills
• Experience integrating apps with backend ERP systems

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Interest in GenAI or Agentic AI tools (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $127,000.00 - $199,000.00 per year
