A Pet Food Distribution Company is seeking a highly motivated, energized Customer Service Rep.
Responsibilities Include:
- Daily invoicing customers for next day truck deliveries
- Answer customer emails and track customer orders
- Edit and finalize invoices for final truck routes (next day)
- Answering phone and assisting customers with issues or placing orders
- Processing credits, returns
- Contacting customers with out of stocks
- Create reports / other task as assigned
Skills:
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Very detailed oriented
- Great customer service skills. Able to upsell customers on the phone and educate customers on new or existing products
- Google Drive experience a must
- Able to troubleshoot customer issues

Job role is Monday-Friday Day Hours. Pay Rate starting at $18 Hour Based on experience.'
