- Respond promptly and courteously to guest or client requests related to housekeeping services.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
- Follow established safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with coworkers and guests.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and organization.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively.
- Flexible availability, including the possibility of working evenings or weekends as needed.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, standing, or bending for extended periods.
