Parts Delivery & Stockperson

As a Parts Delivery & Stockperson at Rock Ridge Nissan Infiniti, part of the Generation Auto Group collection, you play a key role in supporting dealership operations by ensuring parts are delivered accurately, safely, and on time. This position is responsible for delivering parts and collecting payments from customers and repair facilities, picking up parts from other dealerships, and assisting with daily stock and inventory work. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining a professional image both on and off the road.

What You’ll Do:

The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver parts to customers, repair facilities, and dealership locations safely and on time.
• Collect and properly document payments for delivered parts.
• Pick up parts and supplies from customers, vendors, and other dealerships.
• Load, unload, and verify all parts deliveries to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
• Pull and stage parts for deliveries, customer pickups, and internal repair orders.
• Receive stock orders and put parts away in their proper locations.
• Restock shelves and maintain organized parts storage areas.
• Assist with general stock work
• Travel between dealership locations as needed to transport parts, supplies, and inventory.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Support the Parts Department with general duties and special projects as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate cars, trucks, vans, and other dealership vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail when handling parts, orders, payments, and delivery documents.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently throughout the day.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Friendly and courteous customer-service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and dealership personnel.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move automotive parts and materials.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deliveries and adapt to changing schedules.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable for assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of automotive parts is a plus but not required.
• Previous delivery, warehouse, inventory, or automotive experience is preferred.
