Front Desk Receptionist

As a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist at Autoworld Kia, part of the Generation Auto Group, you are the face of our dealership and the first point of contact for our customers. In this customer-facing role, you will greet customers, answer a multi-line phone system, schedule sales and service appointments, provide administrative support, and ensure every customer receives a friendly and professional experience from the moment they arrive or call. Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will help keep our dealership running efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Schedule, confirm, and update appointments.
• Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records within dealership systems.
• Coordinate communication between customers and the Sales, Service, Parts, and Management teams.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and customer waiting area.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed to ensure efficient dealership operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous front desk receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and dealership software
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
