Técnico Mecatrônico - Joinville - BRA

Job Description Vaga destinada a atuação presencial na planta de Joinville/SC Atividades: Executar manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva em equipamentos e sistemas mecatrônicos, aplicando diagnóstico estruturado de falhas, substituição de componentes, ajustes finos e testes funcionais, garantindo a disponibilidade e confiabilidade do processo. Realizar instalações, configurações e comissionamentos de máquinas, dispositivos e sistemas mecatrônicos, seguindo rigorosamente especificações técnicas, procedimentos internos e normas de segurança. Programar, parametrizar e ajustar dispositivos de automação, incluindo controladores lógicos programáveis (CLPs), inversores, sistemas supervisórios, sensores e atuadores, assegurando estabilidade operacional. Atuar na análise técnica e melhoria contínua de máquinas e processos, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas, padronizações, reduções de custos e otimizações de performance. Integrar sistemas mecânicos, elétricos, hidráulicos e pneumáticos, garantindo funcionamento sinérgico e adequado dos equipamentos industriais, com foco em eficiência e repetibilidade. Apoiar intervenções em sistemas robóticos e células automatizadas, realizando ajustes básicos, calibrações e verificações operacionais conforme procedimentos definidos. Elaborar e registrar relatórios técnicos, ordens de serviço, análises de falhas, apontamentos de ocorrências e feedbacks para áreas de engenharia, operação e liderança. Colaborar em atividades de projetos e melhorias, acompanhando modificações de layout, upgrades de tecnologia e implementações de novos equipamentos. Promover boas práticas de organização, segurança e disciplina operacional, mantendo o posto de trabalho conforme padrões corporativos e assegurando a integridade de pessoas e patrimônio Capacitar operadores e colegas de manutenção na operação básica, cuidados do equipamento e orientações de manutenção, contribuindo para o aumento do conhecimento técnico do time. Manter-se atualizado com novas tecnologias, métodos e ferramentas, participando de treinamentos internos e externos e aplicando conhecimentos no dia a dia. Qualificações obrigatórias: Técnico em Mecatrônica, Eletromecânica, Elétrica e Mecânica Industrial ou Automação Industrial; Disponibilidade para os 3 turnos de trabalho em regime normal ou de escala; Atuação presencial na planta de Joinville/SC. Qualificações Desejáveis: Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de Diagramas mecânicos e elétricos; Conhecimento em sistemas hidráulicos e pneumáticos; Conhecimento em robôs Fanuc; Conhecimento em inversores e PLC Rockwell; Experiência em usinagens de Blocos e Cabeçotes de motores, Equipamentos GM – Robôs, centros de Usinagem, Linhas, Células robotizadas. Experiência em CLP’s Siemens, Allen-Bradley, FANUC, CNC’s Siemens, FANUC. Experiência em sistemas de rede Profinet, ethernet e Profibus, Sistemas de Visão. Experiência em sistemas de prensagem Kistler, Promess. Experiência em sistemas de Pneumática, Sistemas de Hidráulica.
