Lead regular business reviews with supplier leadership, track risks and corrective actions, and escalate issues as needed to protect delivery and learner experience. Use data to monitor throughput, utilization, on-time start performance, cancellation trends, and learner satisfaction, and translate insights into continuous improvement actions. Support pilots and rollout of new tools, processes, and technologies that improve the efficiency, quality, and consistency of training delivery. Standardize operating procedures and playbooks to create a more consistent training center experience across locations. Provide clear updates to leadership on operational performance, risks, mitigation plans, and improvement opportunities. Ability to identify bottlenecks, solve problems quickly, and improve operational flow across complex environments. What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in automotive, technical training, dealer service, aftersales, manufacturing, or field operations environments. Experience overseeing training centers, shop environments, labs, classrooms, or other operational learning spaces.
