Job Description Objetivo de la posición Liderar el desarrollo comercial de una zona asignada de concesionarios y agentes de Plan de Ahorro, impulsando el crecimiento sostenible del negocio mediante el cumplimiento de objetivos de suscripciones, ingreso de pedidos y patentamientos. Asimismo, fortalecer la cartera de clientes, elevar el nivel de servicio y asegurar la excelencia operativa en toda la red. Principales responsabilidades Gestionar integralmente la zona comercial asignada, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de suscripciones, pedidos y patentamientos. Potenciar el desempeño comercial de concesionarios y agentes, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento, desviaciones en la ejecución y definiendo planes de acción. Acompañar a la red en la implementación de acciones comerciales, lanzamientos, incentivos y programas del negocio. Monitorear indicadores de gestión por concesionario y agente, asegurando una operación saludable y sostenible. Impulsar el desarrollo de la cartera de clientes mediante acciones de recuperación, conversión, fidelización y reactivación. Garantizar altos estándares de servicio al cliente, promoviendo buenas prácticas comerciales y administrativas. Asegurar la correcta ejecución de procesos operativos y comerciales (calidad de carga en sistemas, documentación y cumplimiento de políticas). Detectar necesidades de capacitación en equipos comerciales y administrativos, coordinando acciones de desarrollo. Trabajar de forma colaborativa con áreas internas para resolver desvíos, eliminar obstáculos y acelerar oportunidades de negocio. Construir una relación sólida y de confianza con dueños, gerentes de plan y equipos comerciales, actuando como referente principal de la terminal para el negocio de Plan de Ahorro. Resultados esperados Cumplimiento y superación de los objetivos comerciales de la zona. Crecimiento sostenido en suscripciones, pedidos y patentamientos. Mejora en la productividad y tasa de conversión de la red. Mayor activación y fidelización de la cartera de clientes. Elevación de los estándares de servicio y experiencia del cliente. Mayor disciplina operativa y consistencia en la ejecución de procesos. Desarrollo de una red comercial más profesional, rentable y sostenible. Perfil buscado Profesional con sólida orientación comercial y experiencia en la gestión de negocios a través de redes de concesionarios o agentes. Experiencia en ventas, postventa comercial, desarrollo de red o roles de campo con responsabilidad sobre resultados. Capacidad analítica para interpretar indicadores, detectar oportunidades y traducir diagnósticos en planes de acción concretos. Habilidad para influir, negociar y movilizar equipos sin dependencia jerárquica directa. Perfil proactivo, autónomo y con alta capacidad de ejecución. Fuerte orientación al cliente, mejora continua y excelencia operativa. Excelentes habilidades interpersonales, de comunicación y seguimiento. Requisitos Experiencia previa en posiciones comerciales, desarrollo de red, operaciones comerciales o gestión de concesionarios/agentes. Se valorará experiencia en la industria automotriz, retail, financiación o Plan de Ahorro. Formación universitaria en Administración, Comercialización, Economía, Ingeniería o carreras afines. Manejo de indicadores comerciales y herramientas de análisis. Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente dentro de la zona asignada. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}. The selected candidate will be required to travel at least 50% or more on a frequent basis. This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
