Job Description Modalidad híbrida: para esta posición se requiere asistir al sitio 3 veces por semana. Qué harás (responsabilidades) Definir y ejecutar estrategias comerciales con equipos internos y la red de concesionarios para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas retail y wholesale de camiones y buses. Liderar el desempeño de la red de concesionarios mediante la ejecución de programas comerciales, el monitoreo de resultados y el trabajo conjunto en planes de crecimiento y expansión. Gestionar precios, incentivos y acciones de ventas de flotas para maximizar volumen, rentabilidad y participación de mercado. Liderar las actividades de planeación de demanda, incluyendo el forecast de ventas a 12 meses, la optimización de inventario y la administración de pedidos wholesale. Construir relaciones sólidas con clientes de flotas, gremios de transporte, carroceros, entidades financieras y socios de la red para generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Trabajar de manera transversal con Marketing, Posventa, Logística, Finanzas y Producto para asegurar una estrategia integral de negocio y atención al cliente. Impulsar iniciativas de satisfacción del cliente mediante análisis de desempeño y acciones enfocadas en mejorar la experiencia del cliente. Desarrollar, acompañar y fortalecer al equipo comercial bajo el modelo de competencias y desarrollo de GM. Tus habilidades y capacidades (calificaciones requeridas) Título universitario en Administración, Ingeniería Mecánica o un campo relacionado. Más de 5 años de experiencia en posiciones gerenciales o de liderazgo comercial similar. Sólido conocimiento en administración de negocios, estrategia comercial, planeación de demanda, mercadeo, negociación y manejo de clientes corporativos. Capacidad comprobada para liderar relaciones con clientes, desarrollar equipos de alto desempeño y construir alianzas transversales sólidas. Nivel de inglés avanzado. Qué te dará una ventaja competitiva (calificaciones preferidas) Maestría o MBA. Experiencia en la industria automotriz, especialmente en vehículos comerciales, gestión de red de concesionarios o ventas de flotas. Experiencia en precios, incentivos, operaciones wholesale y planeación de inventario. Experiencia gestionando alianzas estratégicas con entidades financieras, entidades gubernamentales o gremios de transporte. Fuerte criterio de negocio en satisfacción del cliente, gestión de rentabilidad y toma de decisiones comerciales. GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
