Handyman on Call LLC is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Handyman / Jack of All Trades to join our growing residential remodeling team. In this role, you'll handle a wide variety of home repairs and renovations, delivering high-quality workmanship while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of home repairs and remodeling tasks (e.g., carpentry, drywall, minor plumbing/electrical)
- Ensure all work meets safety, code, and quality standards
- Interact professionally with homeowners to understand and meet their needs
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and vehicle
- Use provided tools and materials efficiently and responsibly
- Submit job updates and time logs accurately
- Represent the company brand with a clean, professional appearance and demeanor
- Take initiative in solving problems and addressing customer concerns
- Follow daily schedules and communicate effectively with the office and other team members
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential construction or handyman experience
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and punctuality
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Must be organized, resourceful, and customer-focused

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, full-time. Occasional flexibility may be required based on project needs.
Location:
Based in New Jersey; primary work at residential job sites. Travel to local client homes is required.
