Duties
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct stock stocking, inventory counts, and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Ensure proper packaging of products for safe transportation, complying with shipping & trade regulations
- Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers and preparing shipping documentation for domestic and international trade compliance
- Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory updates with precision
- Assist in warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas and optimizing space utilization
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment at all times
Skills
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software
- Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations processes
- Experience with order picking & packing, RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and load & unload procedures
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying shipments accurately
- Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service orientation for effective communication with team members and carriers
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and trade compliance requirements is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- General Labor β $16/hr: Loading/unloading, moving heavy packages, and warehouse handling. Candidates who can operate a sit-down forklift are preferred.
- Warehouse Operators: $17 Inbound/outbound, picking, put-away, and other warehouse operations. Candidates should have experience operating equipment such as reach trucks, turret trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
