Optional Hours: Early start (6:00 AM), late shift (until 4:50 PM), and occasional Saturday overtime available
Pay: $26.76/hour (increases to $27.32 on 12/1/25)

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and mechanical equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance, lubrication schedules, and safety inspections
- Replace belts, bearings, pulleys, bushings, gears, and related components
- Support equipment rebuilds, alignments, and continuous improvement projects
- Maintain and service forklifts and material-handling equipment
- Use mechanical drawings, diagrams, and precision measurement tools
- Follow all safety protocols, including strict lockout/tagout procedures
- Document maintenance activities and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Collaborate with maintenance teammates and communicate clearly with production staff to gather information during troubleshooting
- Assist with basic facility maintenance, including reporting low-voltage issues, minor plumbing repairs, and HVAC filter changes or preventive checks
What We're Looking ForMust Have:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving ability
- Experience using basic hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
- Clear communication when working with production and maintenance teams
- Willingness to learn and cross-train
Preferred:
- Technical or trade-school training in mechanical maintenance
- 0–3 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with mechanical winding, coiling, or rotating machinery (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
