Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Field candidates via phone, internet, walk-ins, job fairs, truck shows and any other means necessary.
- Utilize ATS to receive, track, notate and qualify applicants for hire.
- Communicate company standards and policies with applicants.
- Communicate different freight and running options with applicants.
- Run necessary reports to qualify each candidate.
- Fill any available company trucks with qualified candidate in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement recruiting best practices for future growth.
- Identify recruiting and advertising needs and work with appropriate vendors to fill said needs.
- Coordinate approved applicants through onboarding process and proper hand-off with orientation personnel.
- Preform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2 years of driver recruiting experience
- Knowledge of DOT compliance and FMCSA guidelines
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Fast paced individual
- Ability to multitask proficiently

Pay: Salary plus commission (Based off experience)
Hours: Office hours M-F 8am-5pm (ability to be flexible with applicants schedule)
